PREACHER'S DELIGHT (PINTO BEANS) 
2 lbs. pinto beans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 cut up pork chops
3-4 carrots

Look and wash pinto beans. Slow cook on medium heat pinto beans. Add salt, pepper and pork chops. After 3 hours add 3-4 halved carrots. Cook an additional hour or until done. Dispose of carrots, as their purpose is to collect acid from the beans. Enjoy with biscuits or cornbread.
