1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour less 2 tbsp. or 1 c. cake flour
confectioners sugar

Beat butter until soft. Add sugar and blend until creamy. Add vanilla; blend. Add flour and pecans; blend. Roll into small balls.

Bake on greased cookie sheet 300°F 25 or 30 minutes. Roll while hot in confectioners sugar. Reroll in sugar when cool.
