5 - HOUR BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew beef, cut up
4 or 5 potatoes, cut up
3 or 4 carrots, cut up
1 or 2 sm. onions, cut up
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
Salt to taste
2 or 3 c. V-8 juice

Put all ingredients in Dutch oven or large casserole, cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. (If you put this in the oven at lunchtime and go back to work, dinner will be ready when you get home.)
