FIVE HOUR BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. stew meat
6 med. potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
6 sm. onions
1 c. clear beef broth
1 c. tomato soup
3 tbsp. tapioca

Mix all ingredients together and put in a large roaster with lid. Put in oven for 5 hours at 250 degrees and DO NOT open oven.
