ACORN SQUASH 
1 acorn squash
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. butter

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Place in baking pan with 1/2 inch water, covering the bottom of the pan. Spread honey over the inside of the squash. Add seasonings and butter; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Brown top delicately.
