NICHOLAS' EASY COFFEE CAKE 
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8 1/2 inch ring mold. Mix together sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Roll each ball (make 3 or 4 balls from each biscuit) in melted butter, then in sugar, cinnamon, nut mixture. Arrange balls in bottom of the greased mold, leaving about 1/4 inch space between each. Make a second layer, placing the balls over the spaces. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until done. Turn out on plate immediately. Serve piping hot.
