QUICK 'N EASY COFFEE CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed pineapple, unsweetened or other unsweetened fruit
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Grease 9" cake pan with 2 teaspoons butter. Combine pineapple, brown sugar and cinnamon. Arrange over fruit mixture 1 (8 oz.) tube refrigerated biscuits. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Invert immediately on serving plate. Makes 10 cakes.

Use Classic Hard Sauce if you desire a special topping for your cake.
