EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. Rich's frozen roll dough (25 oz. pkg., about 24 rolls)
1/2 of 3 oz. pkg. regular butterscotch pudding
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts, raisins, etc. as desired

Grease 1 bundt pan. Add nuts, raisins, etc., if desired. Place frozen dinner rolls in pan on nuts and raisins. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding mix and cinnamon over the rolls. Combine melted butter and brown sugar, and spoon over top of the rolls. Cover pan with foil and allow to rise overnight. Remove foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. If top browns too quickly, replace foil loosely over top. Do not make this in a pan with a removable bottom. When cake is done, turn pan over immediately onto a large plate.
