2 tbsp. chunky peanut butter 3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal 2 tsp. honey 1 tsp. chocolate syrup 3/4 c. raisin bran Mix peanut butter, honey and chocolate syrup thoroughly, with fork. Add oatmeal and cereal. If too thick to mix, add very small amount of water. Form into bar and place in refrigerator. Does not need cooking. Should be wrapped in foil. This makes a good diet food and is nutritious. |
