BREAKFAST BARS 
2 tbsp. chunky peanut butter
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. chocolate syrup
3/4 c. raisin bran

Mix peanut butter, honey and chocolate syrup thoroughly, with fork. Add oatmeal and cereal. If too thick to mix, add very small amount of water. Form into bar and place in refrigerator. Does not need cooking. Should be wrapped in foil. This makes a good diet food and is nutritious.

Well the same ingredients are basically soy, which I can use my alive powder, wheat comparable to puffed wheat cereal whereas we are looking at 1 gram of fiber per serving versus 3 grams per serving in raisin bran, peanuts, I use organic peanut butter, milk (I use dry milk) and some nuts and seeds thrown in so yes use this recipe for a great dose of fiber and health...Sincerly
