STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. corn flakes
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Wash peppers, remove tops and insides. Pre-cook in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain. Place peppers, cut side up in baking pan; set aside. Cook ground beef and onion in frying pan until beef is brown. Drain off fat, stir in cereal, garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and tomatoes. Spoon mixture into peppers. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on. Bake 3 minutes.
