3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
20 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 oz. carton Cool Whip
9 inch unbaked pastry shell

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Break Ritz crackers coarsely into egg whites. Add nuts. Mix and pour in pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown. Let cool, put Cool Whip on top, chill and keep in refrigerator.
