STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24-30 lg. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced green onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crab meat
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3/4 c. shredded jack cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine; optional

Take stems out of mushrooms. Mince stems. Cook stems in 2 tablespoons melted butter with 2 tablespoons minced green onions. Add the following to cooked mixture: butter, lemon juice, crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, dill weed, 1/4 cup cheese, and wine. Mix together until smooth. Stuff mushrooms. Place in open baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
