BOTTOM LAYER:

1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

Mix well. Press into 9 x 13 greased pan.

TOP LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Pour over bottom layer and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees until light brown.
