BUDGET BEEF GOULASH 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lb. cubed, 1" stew meat
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. water
1 jar (18 oz.) barbeque sauce
1 can (10 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
Cooked egg noodles

In 3 quart saucepan melt butter. Add meat and cook until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until stew is thick and meat is tender (around 1 1/2 hours). Serve over cooked noodles. Serves 6.
