YUMMY BALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. uncooked rice (5 minute rice) 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Brown on stove. Bake in 1 can tomato soup (thin with water). Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. |
