ALFREDO SAUCE 
1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. Egg Beaters (or beaten egg)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh)
Black pepper

Combine and cook until thick, stirring frequently in non-stick pan or microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
