MY BEST MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.

NOTE: May use 3/4 cup tomatoes in loaf instead of 1 cup; spread remaining tomatoes over meat loaf.
