POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
24 chicken thighs or pieces of your choice
2 lbs. jar apricot-pineapple preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 env. onion soup mix
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together preserves, dressing, cornstarch, and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
