CHICKEN POLYNESIAN 
4-5 slices of bacon
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
Oregano

Place bacon slices in bottom of Pyrex dish. Sprinkle 1 cup rice on top evenly. Lay chicken on top of rice. Add oregano, salt and pepper to your taste. Add 1 soup can water with soup and spread on top of ingredients. Cover and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Serves 4.
