CHICKEN EN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic (quartered)
Disjointed chicken
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 med. size onions (chopped)
2 c. chopped celery
4 carrots (sliced)
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. parsley
Pinch of sage
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic power

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter and garlic in large skillet over low heat on stove. When bubbles, remove garlic.

Dip chicken in mixture of salt, pepper and flour. Brown chicken in skillet slowly in butter and transfer to roasting pan. Cover and bake 1 hour.

During last 20 minutes of baking, saute onions, carrots, mushrooms, celery in butter until slightly brown. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and bake another 30 minutes.
