4 c. zucchini, quartered and sliced
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream

Place all of the above in casserole. Top with one box Chicken Stove Top stuffing mixed with 1 stick melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered.
