CHOCOLATE FROSTED BROWNIES 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
4 sq. (1 oz. ea.) chocolate
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Melt butter and chocolate. Add milk, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add sifted flour and salt. If desired, add chopped nuts. Put into a greased 10x15x1-inch pan to bake at 350°F for 24 minutes.

Frosting:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 sq. (1 oz. ea.) chocolate, melted
3 c. confectioners' sugar
milk

Mix softened cream cheese with chocolate. Add sifted confectioners' sugar. Add milk only to a spreading consistency.
