AFRICAN CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked
1 lb. chow mein meat
2 c. celery
2 cans chicken soup with rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Soy sauce to taste
1 can pimento
1 1/2 cans water
1 green pepper
Onion, salt, and pepper to taste

Brown meat in pan. Add onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Add celery and green pepper. Let simmer until tender. Add rice, pimento, soy sauce, soups, and water. Mix and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
