BROILED TOMATOES 
8 tomatoes, halved crosswise
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Preheat broiler. Arrange tomatoes, cut side up on broiler pan. Heat honey and vinegar in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth, about 1 minute. Drizzle over tomatoes. Broil until hot and bubbly, about 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
