HOT FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Ice cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased pan, stir flour, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk, oil and vanilla - stir with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts and spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Pour hot water over batter. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
