TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. head lettuce
1 med. green pepper
1 med. tomato, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco-flavored chips
1 bottle Catalina French dressing

Cook and stir ground beef over medium heat until light brown. Drain and stir in package of taco seasoning. Mix as directed on package. Toss lettuce, green pepper, tomatoes, cheese, and crushed chips. Spoon hot beef mixture over lettuce mixture and serve with salad dressing. Serve immediately.
