CREOLE SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/4 lb. ground lean pork
2 sm. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. long cooked spaghetti
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. or less creole seasoning
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese
Flavor of your choice
1/2 lb. mushrooms

Mix pork, beef and eggs together. Brown pork, beef, onions and mushrooms. Drain excess fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic, creole seasonings and tomato paste. Add spaghetti, tomatoes and cheese. Place in greased baking dish; cover with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
