MIX-IN-THE-PAN CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. strained sweet potato baby food
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
Walnut halves

Melt butter in 9 inch square pan. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Mix with fork until smooth and well blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Top with sour cream; sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon. Decorate with walnut halves. Store in refrigerator.
