CHICKEN DELIGHT 
1 c. uncooked rice
3 1/2 lbs. frying chicken
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans water

Grease long Pyrex dish, spread rice evenly over bottom. Grease each piece of chicken lightly with mayonnaise and lay pieces over rice.

Mix soups, salt and pepper, and water. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Take off foil and bake 15 minutes longer to brown. 8 servings.
