SPANISH CREAM | |
2 env. gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 6 c. milk 6 eggs 1 c. sugar Dash of vanilla Soak gelatin, 1/2 cup water. Heat milk and add egg yolks beaten. Stir well and add sugar and vanilla. Leave this to cool. After this is cool, beat egg whites until stiff and add when it starts to thicken. |
