FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
5 bananas
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
1 jar cherries
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
Food coloring (optional)

Mash bananas then pour lemon juice over bananas and pineapples (with juice). Add chopped cherries. Toast chopped pecans then add with sugar, fruit cocktail and sour cream. May add food color now. Mix and freeze.
