QUICK LUNCHBOX CAKE 
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour bottom of 13"x9" baking pan. In a large mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
