MING DYNASTY CASSEROLE 
1 can Chinese chestnuts, sliced
1 can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup (diluted with 1 can milk)
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 lb. chopped cashew nuts (about 1 cup)
Dash of pepper to taste

Set aside 1/2 cup of the noodles. Combine remaining ingredients. Spray a 9 x 12 inch casserole with Pam and fill with mixture. Top with reserved noodles and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
