HASSELBACKS POTATOES | |
12 potatoes, peeled 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. bread crumbs Cut potatoes in thin slices but not all the way through, slices must hold together. Place slices upward in well buttered casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Baste often. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes without basting. |
