BEEF BARBECUE 
4 lb. round roast
Seasoned salt
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. ketchup
1 c. broth

Place seasoned salt over roast. Place in crock pot. Cover with water. Cook overnight. Save broth. When cooled, shred beef. Simmer meat and remaining ingredients for 45 minutes or until thick. Makes at least 10 servings.
