24 Oreo cookies, mashed into crumbs 1/4 c. melted butter Mix well. Save 1/2 cup for top; press rest of crumbs into a 9" pie plate. Mix 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow creme with 1/3 cup creme de menthe in bowl. Whip 2 cups heavy cream. Fold in marshmallow mixture. Pour in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and freeze 24 hours if possible. | |
