REFRIGERATOR LASAGNE | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 8 oz. shredded mozzarella 8 oz. shredded cheddar 8 oz. cottage cheese 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. finely chopped onion Lasagna noodles Brown meat and onions; drain. Combine sauces, meat and simmer. Use 9"x13" cake pan. Pour just enough sauce to cover bottom of pan. Layer raw (uncooked) noodles, sauce, 1/2 of mozzarella, cheddar and cottage cheese until all used up. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be frozen after overnight refrigeration. |
