HAM AND CHEESE CRESCENT PIE 
8 oz. crescent rolls
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. (4 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 c. ham, cubed
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place 5 triangles in a 9-inch pie plate, pressing together to form a crust. Reserve 5 triangles for top crust.

In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Cut remaining triangles into strips to form a lattice top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Serves 5 to 6.
