PEPPER STEAK 
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 ribs celery - 2 inch pieces
4 1/2 tsp. oil
1 1/2 lbs. boneless steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1 lg. green pepper, cut into strips
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch in 1/2 c. water

Saute onion and celery in oil until tender. Add steak and brown over high heat. Stir in bouillon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and basil; simmer for 5 minutes. Add green pepper; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Add cornstarch and stir until gravy thickens. Serve over rice.
