MARIAN'S JELLIED FRUIT SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. (10 oz. ea.) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, not drained
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add strawberries and pineapple. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in bananas, turn half of mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Spread sour cream or yogurt on top. Spoon remaining Jello over all. Chill until firm.

This is a family Christmas dinner favorite.
