PORK GINGER 
12 oz. pork, sliced thin
6 green onions
1 (3 oz.) ginger root, grated
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. of sake (optional)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water

Place pork into greased pan and cook until 1/2 done. Mix in water and ginger and cook until pork is done. Cut onions into 1 inch lengths and mix into pork and water, cook 1 minute and mix in soy sauce, sugar and sake, cook another minute and serve. Serves 4 people.
