WHITE CHOCOLATE BRITTLE 
1 lb. white chocolate
1 c. pretzel sticks
1 c. roasted peanuts

Melt white chocolate in double boiler until very thin. Break pretzel sticks into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Spread quickly on aluminum foil on cookie sheet (as thin as possible). Cool immediately (not in refrigerator). Break into small pieces by rolling aluminum foil carefully or break by hand.
