1/2 c. water chestnuts, cut up finely
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cut up finely
1 sm. bag frozen peas (let thaw)
Mayonnaise to cover/taste
Dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)

Mix all ingredients while peas are somewhat thawed but not completely. You may add for extra flavor chopped onion bits and garlic powder to taste. Otherwise cool and serve.
