CHICKEN ON SUNDAY 
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/3 c. minute rice
Pieces of raw chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 pkg. dried Lipton's onion soup mix

Lightly brown almonds. Add soups and milk. Stir and heat. When mixture is hot, not boiling, add minute rice. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into well oiled 9 x 13 inch casserole. Place pieces of raw chicken on top of mixture (as many pieces as you desire). Sprinkle dried soup mix over chicken pieces. Seal casserole with aluminum foil. Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Serve with dilly bread.
