HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas

Combine first 5 ingredients in large. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moist. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.

Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured cake pan with hole in center or any cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until straw inserted comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely. Spread Cream Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. pkg. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine cream cheese and butter, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy.
