"ZESTY JELLO SALAD" 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water minus 3 tbsp.
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all above ingredients together. Cool in refrigerator until it JUST begins to jell.

1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
2 tbsp. cucumber, grated
3 tbsp. green pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion

After mixture begins to jell, mix all chopped and grated ingredients - let jell again for at least 3 to 4 hours. Top with a small amount of Miracle Whip-mayonnaise. Serves 6.

A lot of chopping and work - cut sure does taste good!!!
