ZESTY TOMATO SALAD 
1 (14-16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3 drops Tabasco
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery

In saucepan, bring stewed tomatoes to boiling pint, breaking up tomatoes. Reduce heat to low. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat, stir in Tabasco, lemon juice, water, and celery. Pour into 7 x 11 inch glass baking dish. Cover with Saran Wrap. Refrigerate until solid. Cut in squares to serve on lettuce. A nice accompaniment to a casserole lunch.
