CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 lb. thinly sliced ham
2 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 med. container Vigo bread crumbs
Mayonnaise
Garlic
Toothpicks

Pound chicken breast with mallet. Spread mayonnaise over entire surface of chicken. Sparingly add crushed garlic to chicken. Add 2-3 slices of ham, then cheese to top of chicken. Roll together with ham and cheese to the inside and pin together with toothpicks.

Dunk in egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Once thoroughly coated with bread crumbs, bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. (Pour leftover crumbs over finished product before baking.)

Option: Pour your favorite sauce over top when cooked.
