FRIKADELLER (DANISH MEATBALLS) | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 slice bread soaked in 1/4 c. milk 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. all spice 1/8 tsp. onion salt dash pepper 1 tbsp. flour Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Form into meatballs approximately 2" in size. Fry in skillet over medium heat until done. Submitted by: Jodie |
