MAYONNAISE DRESSING 
1 c. mineral oil
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 pinch of salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat egg yolk, mustard, salt, and pepper together. Add mineral oil slowly, drop by drop, until mixture begins to thicken. Then add alternately mineral oil and vinegar or lemon juice. The seasonings may be varied according to taste. This dressing may be used freely and the calorie content disregarded.
